Lotion advice - pic of rash

This is my poor 2 yr olds wee legs. I'm putting it down to just one bath with a tiny bit of sanex zero kids wash ( normally just use water but thought this would be safe enough!)
Given her three more baths and 3 showers in pure water and tried e45 lotion ( too stingy) and coconut oil. No extra discomfort with oil but it's day 4 and no improvement in appearance and she's scratching them then crying as it hurts more :(
Lady at chemist recommended aveeno but after it flared up my skin when I tried itvs while back, I'm reluctant to try it. It's 3 week wait for drs.

Any more natural products anyone can recommend?

Ouch. Piriton? That looks like an allergic reaction, as you've obviously worked out too. I wouldn't put anything else on it, just get some piriton or similar and see if that helps.

Does she have eczema otherwise?

She's had piriton and rash finally shifting a bit today. She does have some skin dryness but never on this scale before. Both me and her dad have sensitive skin so I've never really used any unnecessary products, but she really wanted s bubble bath!

She didn't eat anything new did she? It slightly reminds me of ds1's cashew nuts reaction, which looks like eczema.

Is stop using anything for a day or two and just give her an oat bath (with oats in an old sock - squish it and all the oaty goodness comes out). E45 is a definite no no for sensitive babes. Boots do an aveeno baby range now, try that in a small area in a few days

OPG- no, nothing new and it's only on her legs and belly up to the water line of her bath.
I hadn't thought of an oat bath fluffikins!
In a health food shop today and mentioned it and she advised some olive oil soap so hopefully that will help!

I'd patch test anything, my dd has a skin reaction to olive oil so be careful. Waitrose bottom butter looked like chemical burns on her!

Will do!
