Sorry, don't have a recipe that is egg or dairy free- unless you can use egg substitute and soya milk, but have had great success making gluten/wheat free bread in my Morphy Richards machine using Doves farm W/G free flour.

I can't use soya either but I have an egg replacer... I have to find a way

Thank you

If you find one, could you let me know as well!!

I have tried the recipe on the doves farm flour, but as I have to replace the milk & eggs as well, it NEVER works, no matter how I tweak it. I have a panasonic SD253.

[MAkes note about the panasonic and to remind HEartmum2jamie if such recipee exists]

Thanks and

bump!

I don't actually have a recipe, but I may know of another mum that does AND she uses a breadmaker. Am hopefully speaking/seeing her in a few days. Will note this thread and come back if I get one. All the best in the meantime.

Thank you BernieBear

Hi Chandra - sorry for delay in coming back. The recipe that my friend used to use (this was about 6 years go!) was the one printed on the back of the Trufree Bread flour. She used a Panasonic Bread Maker, but obviously that would be out of date now. She said the bread was okay on the day of making it, but once it reached over a day old it was pretty awful. I did find this
Not sure if you've seen it or not, but it does appear to talk about Panasonic Breadmakers and the Trufree thing. Also this

Anyway, she didn't have the recipe anymore because her ds has grown out of his wheat allergy (also was allergic to dairy, egg and nuts and is only now allergic to nuts) so there is hope for us yet!

Hope some of this helps. She also said that a swiss roll recipe made with this flour was excellent as this was also dairy and egg free.

A thankyou from me too! I already have the breadmaker, but the recipies will be useful for me to try. I have tried making the packet mixes, but ds was not overly fussed, so will probably stick to his dietary specials bread, even though it costs me a smallfortune

She also mentioned that you can get the flour on prescription - but you probably knew that already. Glad she could help x
