Children's party -GF and DF sweet stuff?

I'm having a party for DD's 2nd birthday. 2 of her friends are dairy free and an older sibling who will also be at the party has coeliac disease.

I'm pretty much sorted for savoury but struggling for a sweet treat. I was planning rice crispie squares made with DF margarine and marshmallows but really not sure about the cereal. Waitrose own brand says its gluten free, but it contains barley malt extract. Is this ok? Can I trust the labelling? Any alternative suggestions? I don't have a functional oven at the moment just to complicate things!

Meringues should do the trick. Two mini meringues with jam in the middle.
Or rice cakes with honey.

Waitrose gf products are fine, they are listed in the coeliac uk handbook just take care with the marsh mallows as some contain gluten

Jelly is always a good bet.

I make marshmallow top hat cakes with the allergy friendly chocolate you can buy in all supermarkets and marshmallows. I normally too with skittles rather than the traditional smarties as DS is allergic to dairy. I have no idea if skittles are gf though.

Jelly? With or without DF ice cream.

A bit old school as party food goes, but still wibbly wobbly fun!
