Weaning a dairy intolerant/allergic baby . . . help!

This is my third child and I know with the other two I was told it was really important to bulk up the dairy in their diets for fat intake and calcium for bone development.
Anyone else had a baby with a dairy allergy that could advise me what to replace it with? x

Most milk replacements are fortified with calcium, so that helps. Is your DC on special formula or breastfed? I bf til DD was 2 as she wouldn't take the replacement milks.

Avocados are good for fats. Almonds for calcium. And we were advised to give her plenty of broccoli too, although I can't remember why.

I used oat milk in cooking for the added calcium. And I was advised to make a sort of Turkish delight from jelly made at double strength with the oat milk - I'm not sure I did in the end.

I'm sure there are lots of lists online of good calcium sources. I can't remember where I found them originally.

you can add olive oil to things too if you are concerned about fats - mashed potato was one idea recommended to me.

Thanks. He has been on soya infant formula since he was 16 weeks. Prior to that he was breast fed, but I had to cut out dairy which was a nightmare as I'm sure you know . . . it's in everything!!! Hard enough trying to get something down your neck with 2 older children and a newborn without trying to read the labels of everything!
He seems fine on soya and I know alpro do yoghurts and custards, that sort of thing, but wasn't sure if they'd be ok for babies, with sugar content etc x
