small sachets of anti histamines (like the calpol ones)?
twice this week dd1s eyes have swollen when we were out and needed to go home for meds, think we will have to carry it but does that mean taking a bottle?what do I do about school?

Is she allergic to an airborne allergen? Maybe mould spores around at the minute? Probably worth just giving her a dose of benadryl or similar in the morning - you only need it once every 24hrs. This is what we do for my DD.
Apparently it works better to prevent hayfever type symptoms this way as well.

I bought a small medicine bottle, from the pharmacist, and decanted one measure into the bottle. The bottle was very cheap - maybe 20p? I agree a sachet would be good though.

She already has cetrizine night and morning but need something for PRN.Chemist has given me some tablets (boots own allergy relief-chlororphemine malate) but am still wary of combining them.

What does anyone do about school ?
