really moisturising hand wash?

Anyone have suggestions for a really moisturising handwash/soap for someone who has eczema and/or very dry skin? I have good handcreams but don't want to use them all the time as the greasiness interferes with various things that I need to do, even when it's supposedly absorbed (screens, lenses, musical instruments, etc). But the ordinary soap/handwash that I use many times a day just seems to dry them out so much and make them flake/dry patches (not allergy to it though, just dryness).

I know you can use dibrobase cream as a soap substitute, but don't know if would leave a greasy feeling, it always seemed to soak in really well when my children's excema was bad.

Aveno hand cream is good. I have eczema and use it.

thanks, I'll check out the dibrobase.

I use Aveeno hand cream now, and it's great - but leaves the greasy feeling. I'm just looking for soap for by the sinks, that would mean I don't need to put cream on every single time.

I've been trying an oily sort of shower gel stuff in the shower, and maybe something like that would work for by the sink too, or maybe they make a similar product.

Dermol hand wash is an excellent creamy hand wash for eczema, it has an ingredient that helps with itching too. It's generally kept behind the counter in pharmacies and is around£7.

Doctor prescribed dermol for my ds. It helped a bit but have had move success with soap I buy from whole foods or Amazon. It is a bar of soap called J Malki dead sea soap.

Thanks, I'll look those up

I'm currently trying a soap free almond hand wash from Body Shop that seems less drying, but have only use it a couple of times so far.

I'm allergic/react badly to lots of soaps and of all the 'everyday' handwashes that you can get at the supermarket, the only one I can use without my hands breaking out in spots or patches of eczema is the carex moisturising one. I either like the White or creamy coloured one or the strawberry laces one - the blue and green one smell much too strong.
The other handwash I love as a treat is the korres one but it's at least a tenner a tub so can't justify it for everyday use!

Elave do an amazing hand wash. We have used it for many years as my kids all go through fazes of having dermatitis on their hands.
