DC has been diagnosed with salicylate sensitivity and according to the fact sheet the allergy clinic gave us this covers almost all fruit and vegetables. So to avoid the sore tummy, eczema flareups and epic meltdowns, DC can only eat meat and potatoes, washed down with water. I am now worried DC will get scurvy

I know we need to figure out how much salicylates can be consumed before it triggers a reaction but all the information I can find seems Australian based (Sue Dengate's Failsafe diet). Does anyone have any UK based tips or pointers?
