Does anyone know where I can buy one.I know I should make it ,but was wondering if there was one available to save the hassle.

I think they should not be difficult to find, I'm unable to get them mostly because of the egg or milk in them rather than the nuts...

ggirl,

I would imagine the hassle of searching for one is much more than just making a nice sponge cake.

I think most bought cakes are just horrid, much too sweet and full of presevatives.

DS hates the nasty coloured icing all over the supermarket ones too, so his normall just have candles and a happy birthday plaque in the middle. That way it all gets eaten, whereas the shop one which is reaaly expensive ends up mainly in the bin.

I try and make cakes (dd not realised that they're not meant to be flat)but if you are struggling and want a ready made one I'd ask my local baker if they can cater for a restricted diet. You can buy them online too but they're really expensive www.itsnutfree.com
