BF baby, 6 months, terrible mucus nappies and eczema. Some improvement cutting out dairy, and definite flare when I had an inadvertent dose of dairy (instore bakery pancakes) Now 4 weeks completely clear and his skin has really flared up. He has sucked a couple of toast crusts -I've eaten lots of bread etc but does gluten/wheat protein pass into breastmilk in the same way as cows milk?
