Where to eat out with multiple allergies?

We are on a diet free from dairy, egg, soya, wheat and nuts.

We like eating out when we can, even if its just buying a sandwich (basically not having to cook!). What are the options out there for us? Anything? Smile

Where about do you live or looking to eat out?

Most places are pretty good at letting you know what ingredients they use these days.

Could you go to pubs that serve things like Jacket potato with beans, steak and chips, scampi and chips etc. Normally if you phone first they can tell what is in their batter and the like.

Chain places like Nandos, Wagamamas, pizza express are good because they will have an allergen info booklet.

MNPinto2014 · 20/05/2014 12:45

Wagamamas, yo sushi, nandos.

We usually go to Table Table, Beefeater, Ask or Bella Italia - all of which have allergy info available online so you can have a look before you book (rhyming unintentional!).

Wagamamas have an excellent allergy menu that tells you the ingredients and which dishes can be modified.

Wagamamas gets my vote for main meals, Pret for quick bite. Kitchenette is great too. Your London right? Strada can be helpful and Carluccio's does gluten free pasta.
