Dairy free rice pudding

I'm going to try to make rice pudding using koko dairy free. I wondered if it was ok to freeze if I make a big batch? Has anyone tried this, will it work? It's my first time using koko so any tips gratefully received. Thank you!

Koro makes fab rice pudding.

Not frozen it as there's never any left but imagine it would be fine.

I should imagine that the same rules apply to pudding rice as apply to any other rice, when it comes to chilling and re-heating. Don't. Botulinum toxin can be released when rice is cooked and cooled and it can't be destroyed.

The advice isn't don't but to be careful on how you store and cool it.

Foods Standards Agency has a good leaflet on it.

Yes I wondered about the reheating element as I'd never normally reheat rice. Glad to hear koko makes fab rice pudding-I'll give it a go. Thanks
