3 y.o. DS is definitely allergic to:

hazelnuts
peanuts
coconut
kiwi

and has suspected allergies to:
sesame
sunflower seeds
egg
banana
cucumber
melon
squash
tuna

He is currently off wheat and dairy too.

He has had an allergic reaction over the last few days according to the GP. I thought it was viral, so hadn't been giving him anti-histamines. He has a rash all over his back, now spreading to his face. I suspect it's something I'm eating as it seems worse after he breastfeeds.

It could be:

wool (new jumper)

cashew nuts (he normally eats loads, but has eaten fewer lately - though I avoid them)

almonds (I eat loads, he hasn't had any lately but has eaten without reaction in the past)

chicken (he & I have had loads of stock and meat lately)

olive oil (we started using extra virgin oil to moisturise him)

fish oil (we started giving him supplements recently)

lamb fat

avocado (I've been using virgin avocado oil in cooking for the first time)

Any thoughts which is more likely, apart from the nuts? His reactions are usually primarily on his face, and he's never had an all-over torso reaction like this before.

DS has a mild allergy to most nuts and lentils. I thought lentils was a random one o be allergic to but I did not know that peanuts and lentils are both legumes and other similar things are Soy, peas and beans. Have you had any of them?

I avoid soy. We have had peas and he does normally eat beans every so often, but they've never caused a problem before.

I'm wondering about the avocado, which I've discovered is cross-reactive with latex - other cross-reactive foods seem to include bananas, melons and kiwi which all provoke reactions.
