Difference between hydrocortisone and hydrocortisone B.P.

DS has eczema and had prescriptions for both creams in the past. He has a flare up and I still have some cream left over but not sure which one I should use. What's the difference? Both are 1%.

I suspect there is no difference - see www.medicines.org.uk/EMC/medicine/24088/SPC/Derma+Care+Hydrocortisone+1++Cream/
BP means British Pharmacopoeia which regulates medicine ingredients www.pharmacopoeia.co.uk/
I would use either sparingly if they are in date. Some versions may have other ingredients which may not suit him.
