DD is 7 months next week and is allergic to yogurt, cheese and cows milk. I've tried butter and margarines which she Is fine with. I'm guessing she won't be ok with ice cream. Without thinking (stupid I know) I have given her the odd bit of Yorkshire pud and baked goods that contain CMP in it and have noticed that she is ok. So I'm guessing she is ok with foods when the milk protein changes. IYSWIM.
Therefore I'm thinking of trying her on a dish that contains a cheese sauce but want to know how long to cook it for so it is safe for her to eat?? And the same goes for milk and yogurt?
Anyone with similar experiences, would love some advice.
