Chocamum
Thanks so so much for your help. I went back to the supermarket earlier and noticed that the bourneville tubs they had had a 'new allergen info' label on the front and in the allergen box it stated only Milk. Hurray!!!! I can't believe I've actually got some cocoa in the house.
While DD was at nursery this afternoon and DS was asleep I tried to make the vegan cupcakes, They didn't really work but I think that's because I cooked them for too long so I'll try again. But the bottom cm of each cake was still very spongey and delicious. DD came home and asked what's that smell and was so excited when she saw the choc cakes even though they looked strange. She tried some and she's just like me, I could see her shoulders drop as she tasted the chocolateyness and she said 'hmmmm they're the best'. Bless her. Honestly, she was so so pleased.
And as if finding cocoa wasnt enough, today has been brilliant as DD will also be able to experience the joy of a cadburys twirl, probably my favourite chocolate! The fact that it's so readily available is brilliant!
I have seen the lists that Nestle have but I had to download all the individual ones as DD is allergic to them all and I found cross referencing them difficult. It's on my to do list one day when DP is at home and can entertain the kids so I can concentrate.
Anyway, I realise I sound a bit sad. Thanks so so much again for all your help.
