We've worked out that dairy, soy (in yogurt, milk and pretend meat form, don't know about tofu yet) and egg give DD dreadful incredibly soft, neccesiating a whole outfit change nappies. Thankfully I was always worried about this so she's always had oat milk for breakfast. She is 20/21 months.
We've just been trying to not feed her possible trigger foods for 1-2 weeks and then do a test.
Things we still thought to try are fermented soy (we're vegans so would like to maximise protein options) and also milk containing things e.g. cake, chocolate.
Anything I should know or other things to watch out for? I know bread normally has soya flour in there, do you reckon this will be low enough to not worry or we should have a go at excluding that as well. Could just make our bread for a few weeks.
