i would cut all dairy out completely tbh.

some children grow out of allergies, some don't. but no, she doesn't have to "get used" to it and i'm pretty shocked they've said that to you actually.

i would speak to your GP or whoever and ask for a referral to a team at a different hospital if you can.

it's ok to try it now and again and see how she reacts... but if she has a bad reaction then it means you need to stop

agree with thisisyesterday
does dd see an allergist? i think you need to see one.
xx

Sounds as though your Dd is still taking an allergic reaction, therefore not sure why you would be advised to continue offering milk.

Are you being seen at an allergy clinic? In my opinion food challenges should be more controlled than this. I would go back to your go or whoever is giving you this advice.

I would defintely avoid giving her anything with dairy products in it. the only way to manage an allergy is total avoidance.

I'm allergic to milk and people tell me to eat it to "get used to it". I ignore them.

I saw them treat a little boy with a dog allergy on tv by injecting him with tiny amounts and he was cured, but it was VERY controlled.
