Where to get allergy tests?

DD1 3yrs old has eczema but there's definitely something else going on. She frequently breaks out in and itchy, bumpy rash - particularly across her torso and arms. We've seen the GP, Consultant dermatologist and the dermatology nurse but no-one has suggested allergy tests.

Is there somewhere I can take her to get some tests? It's so upsetting to see her in so much discomfort. She itches constantly to a point where she bleeds. I feel that no-one is taking it seriously.

maybe you could keep a diary. The diary could include what foods she has eaten ie bread, milk etc. Also maybe log what household cleaning things you have used at particular times of day. Then keep a note of what appearence her skin has and note the time it changes. You may find a pattern. You may for example put butter on her toast and a few minutes later her rash has broken out. My son has various health issues including skin problems and its taken us 8 yrs to understand what causes them.We found the medical profession werent of much use.

Thanks Charlie2652. I've tried doing that but it's hard to pinpoint anything specific. She can be fine and her diet doesn't really change and then we'll have a sudden out break which lasts for a good few days.
We saw a consultant privately hoping that he might have some answers/do some tests but that was a waste of money.

Ds reacts to certain fabric conditioners as well as some washing powders.

Also, consider whether there are any products that are in the bath. Ds has also been known to react after using the bath after someone else has used bubble bath in it.

The allergy testing where we are is done at the Children's Hospital under the respiratory department. The actual testing is done by an allergy nurse.

Thanks everyone for your replies.
Yes I'm using non-bio powder (Surcare) and I avoid fabric conditioner. We use Infaderm shampoo and only Oilatum in the bath plus an emolient for hand washing etc.
When she's really itchy, we give her Piriton at night to help her sleep but it doesn't bring down the rash. It usually just disappears gradually over a few days. I'm just at a loss really.
We are having a couple of good days just now so I'll have to really watch closely I think to see if I can pinpoint anything.
