Sorry if this has already been covered but any good recommendations? Just read Rachel Keyes The holiday which I really enjoyed. Thx

I haven't read The Unexpected Joy of Being Sober yet.

Last week I read Annie Grace's 'The Naked Mind' which I liked (I absolutely love her podcast of the same name and all the advice she gives on there).

Currently half-way through reading "We are the luckiest" by Laura McKowen which I can hardly put down. Really enjoying it.

Hi Lotty32. I just finished Rachel’s Holiday at the weekend (Marian Keyes). I didn’t think I was going to like it but got sucked into the story in the end and enjoyed it too. Years ago I read ‘A million little pieces’ by James Frey. It’s about addiction, which is all I remember. I loved it but my DH hated it so I’d try and get a free sample first! Would love to hear others suggestions too.

The Sober Diaries - Clare Pooley
Mrs D Goes Without - Lotta Dann
Both are in a similar style to TUJOBS (which is my fave). Currently reading This Naked Mind which is definitely more of a self help book but it's very interesting.

Hi, following this for ideas. I'm reading the 28 day challenge from OYNB at the moment, and am on day 5 sober. Looking forward to reading more, I'm a huge reader anyway and finding it helps me forget about wine.
