STOP PRESS! ADM overturned Panel's decision!!!!!

I can't believe it... I just got a phonecall and the Decision Maker has overturned the panel's "no" and we are APPROVED TO ADOPT!!!!!!!!!

I think I'll go and faint now...

You mean did they say why they overturned the decision? No, we just got a letter saying after careful consideration the decision maker has decided to approve our application etc.
