My partner was adopted and has just recently found his real family but is glad to have been adopted. So if you want to adopt go on!!!!!!

to ksmum, may i ask if you have any biological children? I was the only adopted child in my family. I have a brother and a sister both of whom are the natural children of both my parents. I was taken home from the hospital by them at 3 weeks old. Although i'm sure they tried, they were never able to make me feel like i was really one of them. I always felt like and outsider, that i didn't really fit in. For this reason, i think you have to be very very careful when adopting children if you have biological children of your own.
