I'd never use a phrase like that to describe rape, nor would anyone I know. Allowing people to down talk rape is down to everyone refusing to accept it.

They really are! Great genes. Did anyone see a pic of Liam Neeson’s and his mate wife’s son this week? So handsome - not my type - but I can see him being a star.
