a new thread for us all. Most of us do Farmville, but we play quite a range of other games between us so weather you're into Mafia Wars, Farming, playing Bejewelled, Farkle, Cafes or any other games and you just can't stop - and your OH is bored sick of you saying

"Oh I levelled up" or "ooo I've got ribbon/mastery/whatever" - then this is the place to be. Even if we don't play "your" game we're still happy to hear you talking about how you're doing on it.

Someone tell me about bees and clover in CL. Once the clover is pollinated, do they pollinate it again? or is it one field per jar of honey?

it's just one field per jar. So once it's been pollinated you can harvest it and use it

I would go for expansion, Flamingo - then you've got more room to plant crops and can save up for the house more quickly. I never have enough room for everything so always go for expansion as soon as I can; I'm hoping the 24x24 farm won't take too much longer to arrive... Then again, I'll be able to sell a lot of my animals and trees once I've got the blue ribbons, which I hope will be within the next week for animals at least - they take far too long to harvest, milk, brush etc as well!

Good thinking, aberita. I like the look of having animals though - maybe I'll just reduce them to five of each or something, apart from the cows and chickens.

Morning!! Just spent hr and a half receiving and sending gifts, plowing, planting, harvesting, cooking, serving, cleaning. Thanks for the the extra adds. Tired now. Now off to do RL stuff for a few minutes before it all starts again!!

no I ditched the sheep - too slow and not enough profit for my liking.

I'll also level up to level 33 on CL today

have come to same conclusion re sheep and its taking up room.

Might ditch it and get another bee hive

Just done as much as I can on CL for a couple of hours, but have also just bought a chicken coop. How many more chickens can I put in it? And could people please gift me some? Won't be able to feed them until this evening though, when my wheat is grown!

Flamingo - you can have 5 chickens in their (irrc - been a while since I got rid of my last one) - the more you have in there the quicker they produce eggs. You don't feed chickens with wheat - you feed it with corn

What does the beehive actually do? It said wait for clover so now i got clover it doesn't do anything at all!? The bees come out and have a look around if i harvest clover but doesn't actually seem to be doing anything?

Do they starve?

Bees should come out and pollinate the clover, MumofOscar, then make honey with it. Don't harvest it until it's pollinated.

MumofOscar - don't know if you can get a jam maker yet - if not you can just sell the honey. But if you can buy a jam maker than you can use the honey and fruit from the trees (or grapes) to make jam - for more coins and XP
