would it be silly to donate it to somwhere that deserves more govt money but doesn't get it (NCT, Baby Cafe, local SCBU etc)?

or should I keep it and spend it on handbags and yoga classes?

I found out about this last week and couldn't quite believe I was going to be 'given' nearly £200 I was unaware of. I thought it's probably going to go on something for DD rather than the newbie (new toddler bed or something).
