Have you seen the pictures of her wedding in Woman (I didn't buy it btw, just flicking in Tesco).

She's lost 5 stone. Looks amazing. She doesn't really say how though...

She has gone from a size 20 to a size 12.

5 stone ? I didn't think she was big. Mind you, the last time I saw her was in her Steps days.

I saw her either on tv or in a mag about 6 months ago and was shocked at how she'd changed.

When she left she left steps she put on a lot of weight.She seems to have worked really hard to loose it all for her wedding.I think she is fab.

She's had a baby too. I really like her too (can't bear Lisa), but bearing in mind it wasn't so long ago that she was on Celebrity Masterchef still looking very large, I'd love to know how she's lost it.

I think she may have done a fitness DVD. Let's hope it stays off longer than Natalie Cassidy's has.

She wasn't overweight when she was in Steps. She looks really beautiful at her wedding. Love the dress.

It confused me after seeing NDPs link to the wedding photo as its clearly a different groom but she looks the same -shes obviously been married before.

Actually as we're all on the subject of Steps can someone answer a question thats been bothering me for ages....has Lisa S-L had shed loads of plastic surgery or something?

She looks nothing like she did and has a...er..."interesting" look these days

maybe she is meant to be a bit bigger? maybe the weight she was in steps was not something she could maintain ? good on her for losing the weight, but she will be pilloried if she puts it back on, which is a shame. very attractive regardless of her weight

Seeing her at a sz20 makes me think it must've been difficult to maintain a superslim frame in her Steps days. Even with the pre-baby, post-baby body changes factored in.

On another Steps aside, my flatmate at Uni was a massive Steps fan and bought all the singles. They used to come with a poster teaching you the dance moves for each single's routine. We had them up on our kitchen wall.
Anyone else remember these?!
