We adopted our DDs, who are bio siblings. DD1 - I was 40 when she came to live with us aged 1, then 43 when DD2 came to us also at age 1. DH was 44 and 47.

We’d previously gone through infertility and 1 failed cycle of IVF.

MY MUM was 40 when she adopted me, I was a very little baby. I was their only child, they'd been married eighteen and a half years. There was no IVF then but they did have investigations and tried a few things (I don't know what).
