Would you say this is a flattering outfit?

To me it just looks out of proportion

Would you say this is a flattering outfit?

Top half fine, bottom half ouch.

ScaramoucheCanYouDoTheFandango · Today 22:45

It may just be the colours, a lighter top or darker bottom would even it out

HappyViewer · Today 22:47

It looks good for the gym, the shoulders and hips look nice and balanced.

DuggansBakery · Today 22:48

Flattering for what context? Why are you asking?

Zov · Today 22:48

Not flattering at all, and doesn't look comfortable.

ToKittyornottoKitty · Today 22:49

Is that your body OP or someone else’s?

KatyaAdler · Today 22:50

I wouldn’t say flattering is the priority of a gym outfit.

Livergoingtogivemeup · Today 22:51

Weird stance is morphing the perspective

Denim4ever · Today 22:52

Not an 'outfit' just stretchy gym wear 2 sizes too small

Yupstillhere · Today 22:53

No I wouldn't say it's flattering, it looks too small. Not sure that flattering is needed for gym wear.

JacknDiane · Today 22:53

I hope this is a photo of yourself op?

Ineedanewsofa · Today 22:54

I wouldn’t buy light coloured work out shorts for crotch sweat/can’t wear during period reasons but I don’t really understand the question - it’s a photo of a woman in the gym wearing gym clothes so flattering doesn’t really come into it

Crispynoodle · Today 22:55

It looks like half the girls’ ‘uniform’ they wear to my Fe college, looks grand I guess

PurpleLovecats · Today 22:55

It’s just gym gear. Nothing more to be said imo.

Doggymummar · Today 23:01

It's gym wear. Why would it be flattering

Kuchao · Today 23:01

You wear it to work out. Flattering isn’t a thing.

itstoolateforsnacks · Today 23:04

Didn’t you post another thread like this recently critiquing someone’s gym outfit?

Kuchao · Today 23:05

Yeah but I want to look good in it as well

Yes, very flattering Op. You look great,

seahorsessky · Today 23:08

It looks uncomfortable to me. In principle I'm all for anyone wearing whatever they like, but gymwear over the last maybe 8 years or so hasn't impressed me. Quite skimpy, for women in particular, looks less supportive, and means more bare skin on the equipment and mats. I preferred leggings and tanks or t-shirts, and didn't feel I needed a wax before the gym.
But if you like it,ok, the important thing is everyone chooses what they prefer.

Smartiepants79 · Today 23:08

The way you’re standing is making it all look a bit odd. The top looks fine but the shorts look too small.
Gym wear is just gym wear. I don’t consider it any more flattering than any other practical clothes. Not huge fan of the current trend for wearing it everywhere myself but that just me.
