This is actually the biggest compliment, although it probably wasn’t the intent.

OP they are beautiful, I haven’t got mine done just now as I have them a break due to damage but looking forward to getting back to it in December just in time for festive designs!

I don’t have a pic of my natural nails but they are all different shapes naturally which is so annoying. I had them done last night at another nail place and they were nice but this was a new place and she was so so much better. Natural was what I wanted so I’m delighted

I had some of the extensions left from the last time so it’s those with a filler (is that what it’s called?) and BIAB yes. I love them!

I want my nails doing, just painting in a nice dark red, can I find anywhere that will do them...can I buggery.

I don't want gel, acrylics, BIAB or anything else that requires a uv lamp, just a bog standard nail varnish

They are a lovely shape, nice, tidy and fresh.

I can’t have nice nails due to my job so I just try to keep them neat.

I stopped having mine done as they kept breaking and peeling. The salon owner tried different things but they didn’t improve. I actually quite like my bare nails now. They’re all different lengths and do break but not as much as before and have actually grown quite long before breaking

I had Halloween nails done yesterday. All hand painted, it’s meant to be art that’s hung up in the haunted mansion 🥰

Mine are natural BIAB as I can never decide on a colour but will have something more exciting closer to December.

Agree, it’s becoming very difficult to find a bog standard manicure. I’m in a major northern city. I can do my own if it’s a light polish but I need someone else to do dark colours neatly.

They look lovely OP. I nearly went natural but was persuaded to have “iconic” I love them but soon get bored…

I've just had my second set done. It's surprising but they bring me joy. They just look so smart and put together.

I'm a riot otherwise but working on it. The week before I got them redone I had such a lovely time scrolling/people watching, looking for inspiration.

Mine work out at around a pound odds a day. I think it's well worth it!

There was a nail thread recently where someone pointed out that many people display their nails in a wank hand position to show off their nails. Sorry, but I can't unsee it now 🫣

Had mine done on Friday - a Matt orange shellac polish on natural nails with a slight Halloween twist

I go to Townhouse. They don't use electric files for cuticle work. I like their naked signature manicure because I use my hands a lot so polish doesn't last long. I don't like acrylics or BIAB or want the upkeep when my own nails are good. They do do all the other stuff.
