They were, questionable now, a lot of stuff has been kicked up onto the roof. Where it's leaking has no drain pipes though, very confusing. I just want to cry, but holding it together and basically ignoring that room at the moment! Bloody weather!

Noticed snow on our local mountains today!

Camps Bay, Cape Town. It’s about 23 degrees this morning and sunny.

Still in the lovely Hudson Highlands, New York. We've not had any rain in over two weeks, and the humidity is so low that we're under a fire warning.

I have a weather station on my back deck, and I can see the readings by logging into a website. The current readings are below. Edited to add that the screenshot is very wide, so you have to click on it to see the whole thing.

DS is coming over to spend the weekend with us, so we've ordered pizza from his favorite artisan pizza shop.

The day started with a sea mist but when that cleared it was sunny and still - until 4 hours ago when the darkness fell. It was a good day to prune trees. The birds have been gathering in large numbers in murmurations.
