What information would you want in a childminder prospectus?

I'm a childminder and am thinking of putting together a little prospectus/introduction to my service that parents can look at online or I can send them when they first contact me.
If you were looking for a childminder, what kind of information would you want in a prospectus?
I'm thinking maybe some info about me and my family, our usual routine, menu...

an explanation of who else lives or visits the house, whether you have other people working with you, and whether any of those people are men.

How do parents find you then?

Surely a prospectus need to include your first name and Ofsted number at least. I know the Ofsted no will give them your address but you are asking people to trust you with their child, they need to be able to look up your Ofsted report (for themselves) and see you are legit.

What is your USP - are you particularly interested in outdoor play, messy play, trips out or whatever? Some insight into the range of provision to show how you meet EYFS especially with older ones. How many school age children you take in wraparound. What the structure of the week would look like, how much do you go out on trips or to regular classes. I think photos are a big part of it so they can start to get a feeling for it.

While you are at it I would also do a booklet for the children, if you don't already have one. Welcome to Anon Childminder. Here is a pic of me, you can call me Anon. Photos showing arrival routine and taking them through the day in simple terms - hang coat, unstructured play, snack, nap etc. As a parent it is nice to see what they would be experiencing.

Mostly find me through word of mouth or I think the council will give people who enquire a list. It's just the Ofsted website where I don't agree to have my name and address published - people need my registration number to look up my report.
My registration number doesn't give my name and address - I speak to parents first and give my address if they are going to come for a visit.

I think a lot of these replies from horrified parents don't understand that its actually a safety measure for your own children in oir care why our addresses aren't easily searchable.

Of course we advertise using our names, but the ofsted report can just have our registration numbers and we can be matched this way instead.

Its not a red flag at all! And actually an advised precaution due to us being (mainly) lone workers with vulnerable people.

Also to add, its why I don't invite parents (strangers) to visit for the first time whilst I am working.

I don't have any reason to put my name and address online so I don't.
