Traffic cone outside house on road

Is it illegal to try and stop people from parking outside your home by placing a traffic cone on the roadside outside your house? .... if i was to remove the cone to park in the space I wouldn't be in the wrong to do to so, would i? Apart from piss off whoever put it there!!

Lol that thought did cross my mind to just chuck it into my car boot & drive off with it.

The cone situation isnt a one off... its been sitting there for months, im surprised noones stolen it yet lol. Just pure entitlement.

Please take or move the cone and report back @ThatWildHedgehog

The woman opposite us does this. Two cones to reserve the space. How embarrassing to be so obviously entitled.
