She’s died very young. It’s sad, I think she was very troubled.

No good ever comes from taking drugs. Buggers your brain chemicals for life. She may have had her demons but she tried to fight them in all the wrong ways.

I get this unsettling, uncanny feeling when well-known people die now. The thought that her Instagram will always be there, for example. Almost like she isn’t really gone. It gives me chills. Same with Jason Arday, it seems almost impossible that someone so young can simply disappear in an instant.

I know what you mean, @BeardofHagrid I only knew her from Nashville - she was excellent. I have the same feeling I had when I heard of the death of Johanna Sallstrom who was Linda in the Swedish Wallander. Also young, talented, one little daughter, some big problems. Very, very sad

I felt utterly stunned when I read the new this morning.
I never saw her programmes, but I remember all the negative media when she agreed sole custody of her daughter with Klitschko.
How many times do we see the opposite; children suffering and dying due to unfit parents with drug and alcohol issues. And we demand to know why those parents couldn't hand them off to someone else who would care for them. She couldn't win; with more maturity and now being a parent myself, I can see what she did was very selfless. My heart aches for her, and her daughter.

I started watching it again last week.

I was very sad to read this too. I loved her in Heroes and Nashville but remember her in Ally McBeal too. I hope it was as peaceful as death as possible for her.

I don’t have sympathy for her mother. She treated Hayden really badly, and cut her off not too long ago.
Hayden told her that she didn’t want her as her manager anymore, she just wanted her to be her mum. Mum said ‘you owe me’ and cut her off.
Who treats their child like that!

It’s been reported in American media that she had an overdose and cardiac arrest. Bless her looks like she never got over her drug issues

No, I genuinely do not follow her. I only know her from Heroes. This story popped up today. I genuinely don’t know what was going on with her. Thank you.

Adults gave her them at 15/16 - you have to be a strong minded individual to not follow adult leadership at that age. This was all done to her and who are we to contemplate how big her demons were. Satanic society did this to her

Those saying poor parents; it seems her parents are partly to blame, as they chose to thrust her into the spotlight as a baby and continues to do so as a young child, teenager etc.

I read that she wanted her mum to stop being her manager and just be her mum and this was refused.

I read she gave her dd to her dad in 2018 when they split due to MH and drug addiction issues. So it does sound like she was troubled.

I've been thinking a lot recently about these young stars who seem to get horribly abused, frankly. I'm surprised any of them are mentally well with the absolute horror stories you hear and I've doubt no most are victims in some way even if they never speak of it. I reckon Hollywood, Disney etc is full of perverted abusive arseholes.

I think the family and the people around her who used and exploited her were the troubled ones. It makes me sad to think that she would be labelled as ‘troubled’. I read her book. She was having perfectly normal penalises to horrific treatment over the years
