I find Elizabeth Moss very annoying. I watched the first couple of series of the Handmaids Tale but gave up, partly because it seemed increasingly far fetched after it moved past the original book, but mostly because her voice and mannerisms were so affected and irritating. The fake half whispering really started to grate.

I gave up on Handmaids Tale because lockdown had happened, and I couldn't be doing with something so depressing on top of the shit we were all dealing with back then. I just needed some pure escapism, so bought the Flambards DVD and books box sets and lost myself in them instead.
