Man, of all the trends...I am so here for the hot honey one. I like JDs Hot Honey.

Hot honey is a fad I can get behind. None in my local supermarkets though.
Hot maple syrup is also a taste sensation

Hot honey on pizza is the only way forward!

Ginger honey is better.
Get a root. Peel and then finely cut it up into thin strips. Get it in the honey. Leave a few days. Eat. Excellent to nibble on or to include in a hot toddy.

Someone I know makes honey ferments.

It's good on pizza, its nice drizzled over a melty cheese like feta, camembert, mozzarella...really good with chorizo. I had it last night on a recipe with beans, nduja and mozzarella and it was bloody lovely.

I had a pizza ruined by bloody hot honey. I don’t want to taste something sweet when I’m eating a savoury food. Likewise I don’t want salty sweet foods!

I don't like the taste of honey, and the only way I can just about tolerate it is mixed with wholegrain mustard as a glaze on a roast gammon joint.

I love honey but hot honey is an abomination. I saw Hot Honey Jaffa Cakes the other day. If that's not a sign of impending apocalypse then I don't know what is.

I saw hot honey crunchy nut cornflakes allbeit reduced to about 30p think that says it all personally.

Just mix some honey with chilli flakes.
