What a shame. They always seemed like a solid, happy couple. Been married nearly 23 years. They tried for some years for a baby, and were finally blessed with their little girl Ella 6 years ago.

Oh I didn't know that... I wonder if having the little girl, (Ella) and having her around lockdown which was a struggle for everyone, and then Ella becoming ill, was the straw that broke the camel's back? Ella had multiple health issues... multiple severe respiratory and ear infections, alongside a diagnosis of a heart murmur, and a potential small hole in her heart.

Why on earth would you think people wouldn’t want to talk about this? Esp as they put their day to day life and struggles in the public domain and are fairly well known

I remember that well, and you're right, she did look quite blue when he was commenting on how 'fat' she was.

ive only watched one podcast - it was around bedtimes - it was taking them upwards of 2-3 hours to get child to bed every night - JJ was making it known he was unhappy with OJ approach on camera which I found really unsupportive - they were both at fault imv - asking her if she would go to bed!!

also he wanted to go on tour and take her with them just as she was about to start school - whereas OJ wanted stability and to go to school with other kids so she can form relationships and friends over time and was prepared to stay home to give her that

their house looked very soulless - he wants to keep moving and she doesn’t - just taken all together I thought at the time they are not a united happy couple who are talking as if their future is together

have you seen Joe and diannes post - completely different - they come across as completely solid - in everything they do and clearly see a future to being old - they are very respectful and supportive of each other and never slag each other off - the love shines through

Yes it was ridiculous - ola was lying in bed with her - it was a case of they were frightened of her and were asking her if she wanted to go to bed and of course she was massively taking advantage and saying no repeatedly and screaming etc etc - both of them seem frightened of her - prob relates back to what they’ve all been through

I only watched one episode A that was enough - it was very boring

He was going off on tour and she was going to stay home so perhaps they used that as a dummy run for the separation - it would make sense

@Paddingtonsmarmaladesandwich2 I think you were right though, about Ola being young and starry eyed and feeling lucky to be with him when she was much younger. They met when she was 16 I think, and he was 21.

Yea he was established dancer held in much more esteem than her and she thought he was very good looking - she couldn’t believe her luck that he had said he would partner her - she then came to UK not speaking a word of English - said she was smitten straight away
