B12 & LOW FERRITIN

Hi all! Just wondering if anyone could give me some advice. 1 year PP & 23year old, had some blood tests which came back low in ferritin and borderline low B12. Ferritin was 11 but got that up to 35 with supplements so going to continue these & B12 was 288. I’ve been feeling so anxious and panicky recently which is very unusual for me, I wonder is this due to the low b12 as I know it can give symptoms of this. I also have occasional tingling in hands feet & sometimes my face which I don’t know if it’s stress related or related to something else! Dr not intrested in giving me injections😫 not sure what to do if anyone could give some advice that would be very much appreciated!

Without getting sidetracked into fighting with the doctor about injections, you can buy highly available sublingual B12 in the shops now. I have a diagnosed deficiency and absorption problem and I prefer this over injections and am myself satisfied by the research evidence of its efficacy. There's a sort of internet war over them that I am not interested in fighting here, but I do want you to know you can just buy B12 if you need it. Here's an example of the type I use, no particular brand rec:

I put the drops under my tongue.
