i have a ticket to take my daughter 6yr to Harry styles on the 4th July!
it was a present for us both. Her dad would be coming also. Just looking for advice for taking someone so young - we have ear defenders - but nervous that she’s quite small - she loves Harry and wants to go- she’s high energy and loves the panto/west end shows etc! Has anyone done a show like this with a small person - wondering if the crowds etc may be too much - thanks everyone

Following with interest as we're taking DD to see The Circus Tour (Take That) on 1st July. She's also a big theatre lover but this is her first gig.

We're going to Wembley on Friday to see him with our two DS who are 13 and 10. Can report back!
We do have ear defenders for them both although obviously they're a bit older.
The 10 year old saw Sam Ryder at Wembley Arena last year (when he was 9) and loved it. Navigated the crowds pretty well and it's all so well organised up there anyway. Just have to be patient and hold hands to queue to get home!

The shows can seem very long to young children.

I'd say be prepared to leave early. DD loved a gig at 6yo, but was always bored after about 45 minutes. We never took her to anything expensive until she was much older.

I'm taking my 15 year old tonight, do we need to take ID?

@Millennialmumma20
So we went last night and had a brilliant time.

We got there around 7 and crowds were absolutely fine. Incredibly well organised and we didn't have to queue at all to get in. Only tricky bit is getting through the turnstiles when all 4 tickets were on one phone but you can scan the phone, one adult go through, scan again and help DD through and then last adult.

Once we got in queues for toilets or food and drink were fine EXCEPT to refill water bottles! Long queues for water all night.

Take ear defenders if you have them. The music wasn't too loud where we were sitting but the screaming was loud at times!

The crowd is so good natured and chilled though. Mostly women and girls in groups having a great time.

It is a long evening and there's a bit where he does some slower songs and one DS found that bit a bit boring but it did pick up again. The staging is fab with lots of lights and lasers and animation which your DD will love.

Getting home is the hardest part. Are you getting the tube? The crowds moved really well down Wembley way but when you get to the station you just have to be patient to get on a train. Moved well down the platform when you eventually get there! And watch out for metropolitan line trains that only go to Baker St! Our two were exhausted when we got him around midnight but they had a brilliant time!

Any questions just ask.
