Bra measuring help

I have lost weight, which mostly all seems to have gone from my boobs. Today no bras seem to fit.
Are there any good guides for self measuring. Problem how do you self measure when your boobs are flat? Do I stick to my old size with a more supportive shape?
I have time to pick some up in Asda tomorrow but not to try anything on so want to be vaguely correct.

Measure tightly under the bust to get the back measurement

Measure more loosely over the fullest part of the bust (some guides also tell you to lean forward at an angle and measure around the fullest part of the bust)

The different between the under and over bust measurements gives the cup size. Each inch difference increases the cup size. 1 inch = A 2inch = B, then its C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, etc

You first measure the bra size just by going any website like bra size calculator where u can measure the bra sizes for me https://brasizecalculator.uk/ works the best becuase it not only show the bra size correct but also give you sister sizes like up or down with figuers and sizes too. also recommend the different brands too. also they have great fitting guides so you should measure before buying any bra.

The problem I’m having is there’s no fullest part of the bust now, they’re flat!

Some measuring sites get you to take a bent over measurement so I guess that moves the breast tissue so you can measure

Phone Bravissimo and they will talk you thru how to measure and recommend suitable bras. Alternatively go to a store that has a measuring service.

Then you’re looking at an AAA or AA cup, they’re made for that.

I use Boob or Bust. I think they have a calculator where you put your measurements in and they tell you what size.

Oh no I mean they hang flat, quite a long way! Like deflated balloons.

Are you anywhere near Bolton?

I posted a smiliar thread recently.

Asda bras aren't going to help. You need to invest in a couple of real supportive branded bras and get fitted properly.

No im in the NE. It’s worse as I continue to lose weight and this is where is all comes off, not my ass.
