Can someone kindly explain why I got into trouble for behaving like this at work: 1. asking for help from many people at once in many chats instead of just focusing on 1 or 2 people 1. asking in a group chat what the name stood for after being added to the chat by accident.. I was told by my line manager that I should have asked someone in private 1. asking in a DEI chat for lgbtq+ people whether they have faced discrimination at the workplace after a discussion was held on anti-lgbtq+ discrimination in the first place And all those points are trivial or big deals? I thought they were fairly trivial as they didn't offend anyone, break a law, derail a project, piss off a client, but i was told that because my line manager was already pissed off with me he just wanted me to leave the frim and used all excuses to get me out
