Practical support for anxiety re child loss

So, I lost my son through bipolar 4 years ago. It’s fine but it’s obviously not, but in general I have carried on, and am coping. But more recently I find myself imagining awful things happening to my DD. She’s 16. She’s fine mental health wise and flying through GCSEs currently, but recently I’m thinking about random accidents that could happen etc. Does anyone on here have any practical advice about what help I could get to support my anxiety.
Thank you.

I think it’s a natural reaction to what has happened but that doesn’t make it any easier to deal with. Did you have anyone to speak to after the death of your son? A good therapist who specialises in grief counselling could probably give you some strategies to help but do make sure it is someone well qualified and experienced (I despair at the number of people who do an online course then set themselves up in practice). I am very sorry for your loss,
