Frozen shoulder, Hairy armpits

Any tips how to manage please.

I've had pain in my left arm for about 3 months which got worse over time so much I had to see the GP who said i have got a frozen shoulder. i have been refered to physio but they want me to do exercises for 6 weeks (which is proving very difficult) before even seeing me.

I cant move my arm back, forward much without pain. Affects sleep if I lay on it or repostion in my sleep.

It affects most things like getting tops off and on and any movement I get a sharp pain followed by what seems like a aftershock all the way down the arm which is even worse and lasts for a while.

I can raise it up slightly but not much at all.

On top of that I shave my armpits as required and cant even do that now so im hoping im not going to have hairy armpits over the next few months more so if its more hot weather. Can't use removal cream as years ago as it burnt me.

So any suggestions of any cream that does not burn the skin.

I had frozen shoulder last year and just shaved the armpit as usual with a disposal razor. Obviously I couldnt lift my arm to access my armpit as normal but I managed to do an ok job I think by the manoeuvring the handle.of the razor. As you can't actually lift your arm I'm not sure your armpit is visible at all. My sympathies it is painful, the agonising electric shock pains only lasted about a month and then it was merely annoying pain.

Oh OP I have sympathy, I've been struggling with a frozen shoulder for a while now. Been doing the exercises and occasionally it seems to be improving, but then comes back. Current least favourite part of the day is fastening my bra 😭

Thank you both for reply yes its so painfull and debilitating.

Its agony and not getting better
i am wandering it may worse because i left it for 3 months before I saw a GP.

I know I have not had any injury / trauma to it and have read that they dont know why it happens sometimes.

Im not wearing a bra at all except when I went to GP and a hospital yesterday !
I've not been to any health appts for years and now have 2 seperate problems at the same time.
Edit to add
I thought it may be a rotator cuff issue but he said F/ Shoulder.
