Do you feel in your prime or past your peak?

Do you feel in your prime? I was thinking about this today.

I’m 58, with a good career (though I no longer strive for further promotion) and a decent circle of friends and family around me.

I’m good at my job and believe I’m respected.

But I probably felt at peak prime a few years back rather than now.

I guess it depends on how you define peak. I'm 56 so I'm definitely past peak fertility but I'm still full of energy, fit and healthy and hot to go 😁

I’m a bit tired at 54.

I am hoping that there’s a lot more good stuff to come. I don’t like to think I’m past the best of life!
