Do you wash your yogurt pots for recycling?

As if we don’t have enough to do! With young children, I get through a lot of Petit Filous. Do you wash yogurt pots?

Yes, quickly under hot tap

Some things I rinse under the tap, some things go in the dish washer and other things just get given to the dog to lick clean!

Nope - our council won't allow you to recycle any plastic which isn't (I quote) 'bottle shaped'. So no yoghurt pots, ice cream tubs, the plastic tubs that mushrooms and fruit comes in, ready made dessert bowls - if it isn't bottle shaped it has to go in the general waste bin.....
