Recommendations for real-life audiobooks after finishing London Falling

I'm unable to concentrate on reading at present and so reliant on listening to audio books

Have just finished

London Falling by Patrick Radden Keefe | Waterstones

It's the true story a London teenager who lived a fantasy life pretending to be the son of a Russian oligarch and died in mysterious circumstances. It was written with the full co-operation of his parents

Does anyone have any recommendations for Real Life audio books - not necessarily crime?

Gisele Pelicot - Hymn to Life is amazing account of what happened to her but not an easy listen at times.

If you are up for podcasts google the 'I am not a monster' series one of which is about Shamina Begum.

To catch a scorpion is also really good. About the people organising people smuggling.

Chasing Charlie is another true life podcast.

There's a good one about the American rapist who made up a background and married a Scottish woman and hid in Scotland and was discovered during Covid. But he was absolutely delusional and pretended to be disabled and then pretended to convert to Judaism during his trial. He's back in the US now on the original tape charges.

Menopausal brain means I can remember what it was called but I recon you could Google. I found it absolutely fascinating.

Don't think I could face the Gisele Pelicot - it was bad enough reading the newspaper reports

I've listened to 'I am not a monster'

I'll have a look at the other two

Thanks

That American in Scotland was indeed a fascinating tale - I'm glad he was finally extradited to the US
