Does anyone else have a stress response to the word "brainstorming"?

When someone proposes a "brainstorming" meeting I feel like a rabbit in the headlights - probably because of the pressure to produce ideas on demand. My best ideas tend to come when I'm least expecting them - in the middle of the night, or in the shower, or just staring out of the window, or chatting with people casually. I think I need to be in a relaxed state to let my mind wander, whereas "brainstorming" feels like my mind is being whipped into a storm.

Anyone else?

Nope. It's just a punchy term to describe a group of people throwing out their thoughts on whatever is being discussed.
One person's ideas could trigger another person's ideas and so it goes.

It's not an individual's pressure it's a group endeavour, I mean, they can hardly call it "middle of the night musings" or "ideas that spring out of nowhere"or "brain waves in the shower", can they? :)
