Evri marked parcel as handed to customer but left at door

My parcel was left at my front door earlier this evening. I’ve just checked and Evri have written ‘parcel handed directly to customer’. This is a downright lie, they didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell.

Evri are shocking.

Evri threw my brother’s parcel over their gate. The coffee mugs did not survive.

I report it every single time. I don’t know if anyone takes any notice but I’m hoping the steady drip feed will eventually make an impact.

You can put it in the Evri app. Our Evri driver is great so I always give him a good review.

Amazon did this last week, parcel got to 2 stops away. Disappeared off tracking, then said delivered and handed to resident..umm...no, we were indoors.

My take is it was dropped off to 3rd party stolen goods.
They are giving refund but I've got to wait for it.
