Budget retreat or similar

I'm feeling burnt out and need to get away for a weekend. Budget £300 for the weekend. A retreat would be good but unlikely I can get that in my budget - can anyone suggest anything where I could get a similar feeling of relaxation and switching off. Where it wouldn't be weird to be on my own. Time to read, walk. Bonus if I could swim or sauna.

I've stayed at several monastries in the guest accommodation and pay about £50 a night.

They do some weekend retreats and it’s on a donation basis .

How do you find and book these?
Which ones have you stayed in?

Not a retreat, just a spa hotel but Dormy House in the Cotswolds is heavenly.

I'd definitely consider a spa retreat if in budget

Buckfast Abbey (Benedictines) in Devon
Hilfield Friary (between Sherborne and Dorchester in Dorset)

Much longer ago I stayed with two contemplative orders , one north of Whittlesey in the Fens, and another in Hemel Hempstead. Franciscans were the best. I went for a week annually for about 15 years. I just rang them. Buckfast I emailed. It's on a donation basis but I didn’t want to take advantage.
