Has anyone tried Belief Coding?

If so, how did you find it?

Jesus, not this shite again.

Not heard of it before now, so did a quick google: "Belief Coding was developed by Jess Cunningham, a former reality TV star, who developed the method to overcome personal adversities. While marketed as a science-backed method focusing on neuroplasticity, some observers have noted it bears similarities to MLM structures with high-energy social media marketing (e.g., on Facebook). Additionally, the ASA previously noted a lack of evidence that it was provided by qualified health professionals when addressing health conditions." - sounds like yet another way to dupe fools.

I’ve got a bridge to sell you if you’re interested?

You’d have to have more money than sense.

Ok, so never heard of this Jess woman till today, so not jumping on any bandwagon.

I attend a meditation/ sound healing session about once a quarter and really get a lot out of it. They have included a Belief Coding session in an incoming class. TBH I’m keen to open mindedly give it a whirl.

Was just interested in feedback from a session.

OP, as a quick Google would tell you, it's essentially a coaching pyramid scheme aimed at exploiting the vulnerable. It's had two complaints to the Advertising Standards Authority upheld -- like claiming to be able to cure dementia in a single session and 'facilitators' with no training or experience in dealing with people with complex psychiatric histories or trauma 'treating' them.
