How do you contact Vinted about a removed listing?

how do you contact Vinted? there is a listing of mine taken off and they have totally misconstrued things but I do not know how to contact them. there is a Help centre thing but all it does is give you standard blurb. must be a way of emailing them but I cannot find it

They’re a nightmare to be honest, can you jut relist instead? Alter the wording slightly? Take new photos?

SilenceInside · 07/04/2026 10:04

There isn't a way of emailing them, they want you to use the Help centre and just deal with their bots. If you persist, you can sometimes get a human response, but no guarantee!

I'd just take on board their issues with the listing, and change it to suit what they require.

It’s almost impossible to get any sense from Vinted customer support. Are you certain that your listing wasn’t from something on their banned list? There are loads of items thst you’re not allowed to sell, some of which are really odd.

I’ve had success emailing every email address here makemoneywithoutajob.com/vinted-support/

what it is I make pictures mostly cartoon or oil painting style and there was a lovely pic of a child cuddling a bear. I was told that it was taken off because the listing went against rules ie stock photo or they felt i had used someone else's picture or photo. Three times I have been suspended for things which other people have put on and got away with it. nothing illegal apart from my pictures i just sell old photos and postcards plus knitting patterns vintage ones. nothing that other people dont post but get away with it

The problem here is that you're not really meant to be selling your own new handmade items on Vinted at all. Wouldn't Etsy be better for those things, and just stick with the old photos, postcards and knitting patterns on Vinted?

redskyAtNigh · 07/04/2026 12:36

You can't. I had an item removed because they insisted it was a fake, despite my providing proofs that it wasn't. I just went round and round with bots giving circular advice. In the end I used another selling site.

rainbowunicorn22 · 07/04/2026 13:50

i have an Etsy site but have not had any sales. it means i am paying out nearly £30 a month for nothing. on Vinted i have sold quite a few already. i do not really understand why my print would be any different than putting on a say Next print framed?

It’s because Vinted is very clear that it’s for second hand items. That might seem illogical, but it’s literally the first thing in the t&cs about what you can sell.

stopringingme · 07/04/2026 21:17

@rainbowunicorn22 try -
legal @ vinted . co . uk (without any spaces)
They usually reply quite quickly

Overthebow · 07/04/2026 21:19

Isn’t Vinted for second hand items though, not for selling things you’ve made?
