Newborn immediately sick after latching

My 11 day old baby seems to constantly want my boob and to be feeding (I know of cluster feeding) but this nearly feels like 24/7! He grunts for my boob and initially we thought some of it might just be for comfort but even when husband holds him he searches for his nipple! But on top of which he’s sick after every feed or whenever he latches off my boob and I burp him. Then when I lie him down after burping he will be sick. Sometimes it’s a tiny amount and other times it’s got more of a flow to it. It’s started to happen since my milk flow came in. I seem to have an abundance of milk supply and each boob leaks when the other is latched so I don’t know if my ‘milk flow’ is causing him to be sick, or there’s an underlying allergy?! The midwife said it’s normal because of how small their stomachs are. His nappies are just as expected but the constant being sick immediately after de-latching is worrying. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Sick as in it trickles out of his mouth (but may still soak all his clothes and need a change) or sick as in he projectile vomits 6ft across the room?
My baby was the latter and they were concerned she had pylorus stenosis. Turns out she didn't, she was just a total piggy. If he's having loads of wet and dirty nappies and gaining weight like mad he's probably the same. If not he might have reflux or a tongue tie that's effecting feeding.
Hugs. Whichever it is the washing is something you can do without. More muslins than you ever thought you'd need are part of the answer.

Sometimes a trickle and then sometimes more of a projectile (not enough to go across the room) but enough for changes and he soaks the muslin cloths.

Midwife said there wasn’t a tongue tie because I asked her to check early on and the way he grunts and searches for the nipple constantly I suspect he is just a piggy! And he’s definitely feeling heavier (will have the weight check up soon so I will find out for definite I guess!)

You could attach a haakaa pump to the other breast to catch the leaking milk. Or attach it to ease the flow before ds latches on. It might help to ease the spray he gets in your let down. I used to use this pump when my milk supply was adjusting to my dc demands. It relived the pain when my breasts were so full too.

Is your milk flowing very fast when you have a let down? Mine used to and my poor boys would choke and always be sick. Laying down helped pressure or even pulling baby off (unlatch gently with finger in their mouth) and catch the let down in a muslin.
If it’s not that then potential allergy? However babies are sick a lot and they want to feed to lots of reasons. Comfort. Pain relief.

Maybe not what you want to hear but some babies are just very sicky!! Both of my DDs were sick at least once after every single feed for more than the first six months, the washing was endless (and my DNephew was almost never sick so DSis was horrified by the absolute abundance of milky sick my girls produced 🤣). They both grew out of it eventually!!
